Jolly well done on reaching show number 50. And what a smashing show it is.
The clips of highlights from previous shows were gerardtastic and I
especially liked hearing how you guys got started, all those years ago.My favourite moment from the last 50 shows was hearing about the
telesales person that phoned up a church and asked for Mrs Immaculate
Conception.KUTGW.
wow I can’t believe it has been 50 already. I love your ‘party shows’ I look forward to listening.

Just wanted to let you know that the picture of Gerard with the lucky
charms is terrifying. For those of you who don’t believe in the
existence of evil in this world - this picture will change your mind.
I’m also concerned
that you are encouraging Gerard’s really bad accent with that picture. Be
careful, we don’t want to ruin the peace finally achieved in Ireland
with that accent. I guess even the three stooges had a Curly in the
bunch. Just
having fun with you guys of course - keep up the great work. The three of
you are a magic combination for humor - don’t split up! God bless.
The Hands & Feet Podcast has always been pretty good, but the seem
to have hit their stride by bringing back contributors and now it
sounds like a professional radio show with different personalities
represented by each of the contributors. If you like Catholic news,
with a hip-hop personality, or if you are a young Catholic, then this
is a great podcast for you!
An excerpt from an email from Jordan:
Father Bagodonuts says (paraphrasing) "make all the mistakes you want
and let Jesus take care of it". That’s a dangerous message. It might
be literally true, because if you were concentrating on Jesus you
wouldn’t want to make any mistakes (sins), but it could be
misinterpreted as license to sin because of the availability of grace
A portion of our response:
As for the Father Bags comment, I agree with you. After the statement
was made, I had a similar train of thought run through my mind. I think
on our next show we’ll address that.
I just wanted to say thank you for making your Podcast becuase it has really been helping me get though all the problems that I have been having lately. I have only been listening for a a short time but it has been really cool and helpfull with life. I just thought that I should tell you guys this.

I agree with
what you guys said about the youth groups…For me, I went through
confirmation and then just…nothing. Mass was that boring place mom
took me on Sundays and, as soon as I was 16 and she told me I could
choose for myself, I chose to stay home and sleep in. I wish I had
something that drew me in and helped me grow in my faith as a teen.
I’ve just started listening to your podcast, up to Episode 5 now…
And i’m really loving it. Not only is it informative, and spiritually
nourishing, it’s also really funny.
I serve in Youth Ministry as well, it’s my 11th year now, and I’m learning alot. So thanks heaps!
Also,
from the first few episodes you always mention being informed about who
is listening and how. Well i’m from Sydney, Australia and listening
from my Ipod/Itunes. Found you guys using a podcast search. The only
downfall i would say, is that I ain’t getting as much work done when i
listen to your podcast at work. =) oh.. and that i sometimes laugh out
loud and forget i’m at work… oops!
Anyways, just wanted to say hey, and good job!! you guys are great!
I was listening to your Episode # 14 while doing yardwork today (yes, I know it’s not your most recent, but I’ve listened to your latest ones and like them so much that I’m working my way backwards….) and I have a couple of comments for you.
First of all, I really liked the talk by Bishop Sheen. He’s so great to listen to. You were talking about having these talks in your podcasts, but I don’t think you should do them all the time. You are so funny and entertaining to listen to that those talks should only be an occasional thing in my opinion.
Secondly, I may have a cool podcast name for you Javier. How about "Habenero Javier"? Kind of like habenero peppers are really hot and you’re on fire for our Lord……okay, so now that I’ve typed it out it seems a little corny, but you’re creative, maybe you can do something with it.
Keep up the great work, guys!
