i’m a listener,
i spend lots of time driving from parish to parish helping out, since the need is great.
for the most part: very enjoyable…….
every once in a while: a wince: e.g. “a pot to piss in?”
sr. joseph elizabeth,ssj would wash your mouth out with soap.

tips for time in adoration was more about what bothers “g” than Jesus. C’mon gang!
Telling people not to go to adoration if they are on call?
What field did that ball come out of?
Followed up by “g’s” touching the cloth on the altar……..
talk about a distraction!
What I have learned, forgive me, i’m only doing this priesthood thing for 25 yrs (in may), during adoration time any distractions I take them in, acknowledge them (for good or ill),
and then let them go. At times it actually enhances prayer.
But since very often i’m “on call”, i guess i’d have to hang out at burger monarch or kentucky fried kitten or morethanabucktoseeastar, etc.
